Terms & Conditions

• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• The Services are designed to support the preventive health and wellness of adult men. By using the Services you confirm the information you provide is true, accurate, and your own.
• You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you in your location.

• CTRL+Z NOW is a men’s preventive-health and wellness platform operated by Nainsense Labs Private Limited, a company incorporated in India.
• CTRL+Z NOW is a technology platform that helps you record and understand your health information, provides general wellness content and AI-generated summaries for informational purposes, and facilitates paid consultations and, where applicable, ongoing care with independent, qualified medical professionals (“Doctors”).
• The AI features, health scores, summaries, and educational content are for general informational and self-awareness purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and must not be relied upon as such.
• Any doctor–patient relationship is formed solely between you and the individual Doctor you consult. We are a facilitator and are not the provider of medical services and do not practise medicine.

• CTRL+Z NOW is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only. It is unable to assist with medical emergencies.
• For medical emergencies, chest pain, thoughts of self-harm, or any serious or life-threatening condition, call your local emergency services immediately or go to the nearest hospital.

• You register and log in using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP).
• You are responsible for keeping your device and mobile number secure.
• You agree not to share your account, impersonate any person, or provide false information.
• Notify us immediately at health@ctrlznow.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

• Consultations are conducted remotely (video and/or chat) in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020 issued under the Indian Medical Council Act.
• Doctors are independent practitioners who are responsible for the advice, prescriptions, and clinical decisions they provide. We verify certain Doctor credentials but do not guarantee the outcome, accuracy, or suitability of any consultation.
• Consultation recordings: for quality, safety, medical-record, and compliance purposes, a Doctor may record the audio of a consultation. Such recordings are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Prescriptions, lab-report reviews, and care plans issued through the Platform are the professional output of the Doctor and are provided to you through the App.

• You may book a one-time paid consultation, and/or (where offered to you) purchase a membership or care plan that unlocks features such as ongoing chat with your care team, additional appointments, and curated services and tests.
• Appointment slots are subject to availability. We and the Doctors may reschedule an appointment where reasonably necessary; we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
• Missed appointments, late arrivals, or your failure to join a scheduled consultation do not entitle you to a refund or free rescheduling except at the Doctor’s discretion.

• Fees for consultations, memberships, care plans, and other paid features are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) before you pay. Applicable taxes may apply.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your full card or banking details.
• All payments are non-refundable. Once a payment for a consultation, membership, care plan, or any paid feature is successfully made, it is final and will not be refunded, in whole or in part, including where you:
  • Do not attend or complete the consultation.
  • Are dissatisfied with the outcome or advice.
  • Cancel your account or membership.
  • Stop using the Services.

  This applies to the full extent permitted by law.

• The only exceptions are:
  • A duplicate charge or a proven technical billing error attributable to us or the payment processor.
  • Where a refund is required by applicable law.

  Any such refund is made at our sole reasonable discretion to the original payment method.

• Coupons or promotional discounts (where offered) are subject to their own terms and may be withdrawn at any time.
• We may change our prices at any time; changes do not affect payments already made.

• You may upload documents, lab reports, and images. You confirm you have the right to upload such content and that it relates to you.
• You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, display, and transmit it as needed to provide the Services (for example, to run OCR/AI summaries and to share a report with a Doctor when you choose to).
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the health information and documents you provide. Incorrect information may affect the advice you receive.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload content that is false, infringing, obscene, or that belongs to another person without authority.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other users’ data, or the Doctor/admin portals.
• Interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Services.
• Misuse consultations, recordings, prescriptions, or any professional output, for example by redistributing or altering them.

Certain features use automated and AI systems to summarise reports, generate insights, and assist navigation. These outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and are informational only. Always rely on a qualified Doctor for medical decisions.

The Platform, its software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding your content and Doctors’ professional output) are owned by Nainsense Labs Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

We rely on third-party providers to operate the Services, for example Razorpay as our third-party payment processor, along with providers for video calling, authentication, cloud hosting, and messaging. Your use of those features may also be subject to the third party’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

• The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
• We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, that AI outputs will be accurate, or that any particular health outcome will result from using the Services.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nainsense Labs Private Limited, its directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nainsense Labs Private Limited and its personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

• We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or where required by law.
• You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time from within the App. Deleting your account does not entitle you to any refund (see Section 7), and certain records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy and as required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at www.ctrlznow.com/terms. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
